Our
inspection is based on The Standards of Practice as
documented in the handbook, National Academy of
Building Inspection Engineers Standards of Practice
for Residential and Small Building Property
Condition Surveys as prepared by National Academy of
Building Inspection Engineers (NABIE). http://www.nabie.org/
. As stated in the standards our evaluations are
based on visual evidence reasonably available during
our inspection. Thus our observations and
conclusions may be limited since conditions could
exist that would not be known during our inspection.
