The Heat and Frost Insulators Labor Management Cooperative Trust (LMCT) recently hosted a webinar aimed at educating contractors and union leaders on mental health, substance abuse, and suicide prevention. Sadly, construction occupations have the highest rate of suicide, as well as the highest number of suicides across all occupational groups. Furthermore, more construction workers die annually by suicide than by all occupational injuries combined.
