Establishing a respectful, caring culture is an effective way of increasing empathy, engagement, and empowerment in the workforce. Companies can demonstrate their respectful, caring culture by being sincere, actively listening to, and understanding their employees. All of this helps support the mental health and wellbeing of a workforce. CSDZ’s Rob Dahl and Cal Beyer recently spoke to this in a Constructor magazine article titled “What’s Under the Hard Hat?”
