We are looking to add a Salesforce Administrator to join our Innovative Captive Strategies team in Waukee, IA. Candidates thrive in our environment when they harness their collaborative mindset, strong interpersonal communication skills, and a love of learning.
Duties:
- Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- End user support including troubleshooting errors
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Object and field creation, page layouts and lighting pages, record types, custom settings
- Monitor End user Adoption and propose ideas to further drive Adoption
- Keeping up with new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Performs special projects and other duties as requested.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Available and responsive to questions
- Excellent relationship building skills and Ability to interact with users at All levels
- A Desire to implement best practice solutions
- A Desire to further learning of the Salesforce Platform
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with data systems teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of business practices
- Ability and willingness to pursue relevant designations and/or continuing education, as appropriate.
- Must be knowledgeable of and comply with HMA’s Client Privacy Policy, HIPAA regulations and E&O procedures and policies.
- Strong preference for experience with Java in school or work settings.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Programming Languages: Strong preference for experience with Java in school or work settings.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years’ Salesforce experience. Work towards your Salesforce Administrator Certification
